Consultations are essential to the process.

WHY WE DON'T "JUST REVIEW the FORMS" OR "ANSWER a few QUICK QUESTIONS"

First, it is unethical for us to “just review” the forms you have prepared for yourself or answer “quick questions” that you may have. Forms and quick questions don't provide a complete picture of your immigration needs.

The forms submitted to immigration authorities are a very small piece of the immigration law puzzle. When you hire an immigration lawyer you are hiring someone who knows the ins and outs of the laws, the regulations, ever changing agency policies and priorities, trends, local practices, best practices and--most of all--knows how to craft a solution that efficiently and effectively solves your immigration problem.

Answering “quick questions” can lead to true answers that don’t actually solve your immigration problem. During a comprehensive consultation we regularly uncover simpler solutions or problems that a client is unaware of. Ultimately, this can save you money on legal fees and avoid creating a bigger immigration problem.

Comprehensive consultations enable us to get a thorough understanding of your immigration problem, your family’s situation and your business’ needs.

If we are retained within two weeks of any consultation, the consultation fee will be applied towards the legal fees for the matter we are retained to handle.
